Fon'un yatırım stratejisi halka açık olmayan, büyüme potansiyeli yüksek, büyüme için kaynaÄŸa ihtiyacı olan, çeÅŸitli sektörlerde verimlilik saÄŸlayabilecek yenilikçi hizmet ve ürünler sunan veya sunmayı hedefleyen anonim ve limited ÅŸirketlere ortak olmak veya giriÅŸim ÅŸirketlerinin kurucusu olmaktır. Fon, giriÅŸim ÅŸirketi niteliÄŸindeki limited ÅŸirketlere de yatırım yapabilir. Yatırım tarihi itibari ile limited ÅŸirket olan yurt içinde kurulu giriÅŸim ÅŸirketlerinin, ilk yatırım tarihini takip eden bir yıl içinde anonim ÅŸirkete dönüÅŸüm iÅŸlemlerinin tamamlanması zorunludur. Ancak giriÅŸim ÅŸirketi niteliÄŸindeki yurt dışında kurulu ÅŸirketlere yatırım yapılması halinde bu ÅŸirketlerin anonim ya da limited ÅŸirket olması zorunluluÄŸu aranmaz.
